Getting Started
  Please take a minute to set up your account information and read through the various tools that we have to offer on the website.

1. Account

The Account page makes it easy for you to manage your account. From this page, you can save your e-mail addresses and phone numbers in case we need to contact you. In addition, you can change your log in password. Your billing information is also kept on this page.

2. Preferences

The Site Preferences page allows you to customize the Cash Flow Analytics web site. From this page, you can change the Report Terms Definitions, Report Display Options, and Report Creation Options.

3. Cover Page

You can add addresses and cover page information to your account. These cover pages can be selected during the report creation process to personalize your finished reports.

4. Reports

The Reports page allows you to produce historical and forecast reports on the companies that you choose. You can choose to produce the full Cash Flow Analytics report, or a focused Cash Flow Snapshot. Reports are available based on annual or quarterly data.

5. Alerts

The alerts page will show you all companies with new financial information for the day. This can be new 8-K, 10-K or 10-Q data or updates to the most-recent-quarter data. You can also manage custom alerts to have an e-mail sent to you notifying you of companies meeting your requested parameters.

6. Screens

The screening tool allows you to search for companies by utilizing standard and Cash Flow Analytics proprietary metrics. The screening variables will help you limit the universe of companies to screen over and allow you to choose to screen companies based on annual, quarterly, or four quarters ending data. You can also choose to display the actual value or relative ranking of each metric result. Results can be sent to you via e-mail on a user-defined schedule.

7. Comparisons

The Comparisons page allows you to display the standard screening metrics for companies by selecting exchanges, industry codes, or a specific list of ticker symbols. You can also choose a combination of each to expand your list of companies for comparison. You can choose to display the annual, quarterly, or four quarters ending data. You can also choose to display the actual value or relative ranking of each metric result.

8. Input Sheets

The Input Sheets are used to create Excel input sheets for manual upload of report data. These sheets are primarily used for private company data that is not available in our data warehouse.

9. Help

The Help page lists Frequently Asked Questions on how to use many of the tools and options on the website. If your question is not answered in the FAQs, go to the Contacts page with your specific question.
